Worship Service
Join us for worship at 11:00 Sunday morning, and you’ll find a warm and welcoming faith community. Dress is casual. We define “Sunday best” as whatever you find most comfortable!
Our service typically runs about an hour. Our pastor’s message, always thought provoking, insightful, and inspiring, lasts about 20 minutes.
Music is an important part of how we celebrate our faith, and it is woven throughout our service. We love “you pick” time when we call out the names of hymns we’d like to sing. Requests come from both the traditional United Methodist Hymnal as well as the newer The Faith We Sing.
We celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion each Sunday. Communion is open to anyone who wishes to participate.
Throughout the year we look forward to a variety of special Sundays. One of our favorites is the Blessing of Animals which usually occurs in October, near the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. Over the years we have welcomed a variety of God’s creatures – dogs, cats, horses, birds, goats and more - all creatures great and small!
Fellowship continues after church with conversation and remarkably good snacks downstairs in our Fellowship Hall.
